Robert Willis is the inventor of the LAWS Local Area Warning System. Robert has always had a passion for storm chasing and weather forecasting. When he retired from his firefighting career, Robert began working on a device that would bring his experience with public safety together with his understanding of the dangers that severe weather and other hazards present. The result is the patented LAWS mass notification technology. Now, as the Chief Technical Officer of LAWS Systems, LLC, Robert continues to improve on his original invention by expanding on its abilities, improving technologies, and staying on top of the latest research.
